Episode 100, in less then a year…

Episode 100

Now that is a big number. But to me, every episode is an achievement on itself. I was kind of surprised I was already getting close to 100 episodes a few weeks ago. Yes, my podcast episode of this week is numbered 48. But add to that the fact that I had released 52 "other" format episodes as well last Monday… 100!

By now I am already on 101 episodes due to the mechanical keyboards episode I release this week as well.

Obviously I can not invite you over for drinks or anything. But if you want me to mention you or your product on my podcast, have a look at this page. But most of all I am just curious to hear what people think of my podcast. Also I am creeping up to one year of podcasting already and I think that is my true milestone. I already started taking some notes to reflect on the past year with podcasting. My plan is to share my collected thoughts on this in an episode close to October 13.

Mechanical Keyboards

Now about that mechanical keyboard session I did this week with Franklin, Josh and Tommy. Yes I am focussed on iOS software developers with my podcast. And all participants actually are. But I just had to get this done. I enjoy my keyboards a lot and I just wanted to share some of the enthusiasm about the topic. I also wanted to see how things work on Riverside.fm (affiliated link) with multiple people participating. It was a solid experience. From the episode you can tell Franklin had some connectivity issues, but riverside dealt with that in a good way and the resulting recording was excellent. So I was pleasantly surprised. And I listened back to the episode myself yesterday and I really enjoyed it. Which is weird, considering I created it and there is obviously some self consciousness going on as well.

Also, if ever we meet in person, and you want me to bring along a keyboard or two. Just let me know. If you listened to the episode, you will know why I mention this.
