Monday recording, Lead Developer Workshop and newsletter news.
The workshop with Donny felt like something the two of us wanted to do again. The Core Data workshop was based on Donny's book. So what about basing a workshop on my book on the topic of being a lead developer? Donny and I agreed this would be great idea. So on July 8 I am hosting a two hour workshop. More info and a link after the intro.
If I would have followed my normal schedule I would have sent out this newsletter last week. Like during the WWDC. I thought about that and came to the conclusion that it would be best to postpone for one week. Just a little thing I could do to detract just that little bit from the total overflow of new information during a WWDC week.
I have been busy though. I switched from remotely.fm to Riverside.fm (affiliate link). And the best part of that move? Whenever I am online recording, you can join me in my "online studio". Keep an eye on my Twitter @AppForce1 to know when I am online. I aim to be online, recording every monday at 21:00 CEST. If you join, you get to see my messy behind the scenes workflow in which I put together a podcast episode.
Also, become a pod.fan of my podcast. I just uploaded 4 more early access recordings. Become a pod.fan of my podcast and you will get a private RSS feed with raw, unedited versions of my interviews. I upload these as soon as possible after recording. Typically on the same day as I recorded them.

I went through Matteo's material myself and it is great stuff. Matteo reached out to me because he really liked what Donny and I have done for our Core Data workshop.

From now on, I plan to make my newsletter weekly.
No worries, the newsletter will be a much shorter read. But it will also allow me to get my content to you sooner and tell you a little bit more on the little things. I also plan to link up all links from my weekly monday episodes. That way, you can just listen and a few days later the newsletter arrives to remind you to visit that link I mentioned in my podcast episode.
If you or know someone who might to sponsor my podcast and newsletter. Please let me know. The new formats do incur some added costs, but I think it is well worth it.
I hope you will keep enjoying my podcast and newsletter. If you want to support my podcast, please consider the following:
